Grease Flow Meter : Assalub
Equipment that helps to measure the amount of grease digitally.
It is difficult to hand-lubricate bearings to the correct amount of grease using a conventional grease gun. And with electrically or pneumatically driven cylinder pumps this is almost impossible. As a result, many bearings are heavily greased. This shortens its service life and can lead to costly breakdowns.
Volume meter with large digits (9 mm) and easy to read on the display with units (cm³, g, oz or fl.oz.) regardless of the measurement unit set. it can be calibrated to show the correct dosage.

Grease flow transmitters are part of the WLubeMon system. Grease flow transmitters measure lubricant flow and ambient temperature. and sent to the WLubeMon control unit (102061 or 102062). The position of the grease flow transmitter should be close to the lubrication point to reduce the risk of leakage between the grease flow transmitter and the lubrication point.

Control unit Lubrication
The CCWMon 20 grease flow controller collects data from up to 20 measuring devices and transmits it in a clear and alarming manner. The unit controls when the lubrication amount or temperature is outside the preset limits. or less than that specified value
Available languages in the control unit are English, German and Swedish.
- Set the data collection interval
- Set the grease flow each minute. and the amount of lubricant that must be used
- You can set the minimum and maximum temperature.
- Set up bug alerts.
- Information about each lubrication amount and the temperature may be transmitted. to the computer and analyze the data.
- The lubrication point setting can be done on the computer. Then can be transferred to the grease flow control unit (Control unit Lubrication).
